The Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District serves a variety of students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in Norwalk. A long time ago, the citizens of the area voted to form a unified school district, blending the elementary, middle and high school districts, now referred to as the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. The Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District of Norwalk has a long history of excellence that continues to grow; our success is based on the actions of our students, teachers, staff and family participation. Attractions

During the 1890’s, many Victorian style homes were build amidst the orchards, dairies and farms that Norwalk once consisted of.
